I am committed to providing a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel seen and heard. My approach is person-led and conversational, ensuring each session is tailored to your unique needs. Above all, I aim to foster a sense of well-being, personal growth, and vitality in your life.
I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in various settings, including forensic and community mental health. I have worked with young people and adults facing complex mental health challenges.

I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults to explore life’s challenges with curiosity, safety, and support.
My approach is warm, creative, and grounded in a strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed framework. I work with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism).
I have an eclectic, individualised approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to ensure support is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
My clinical background includes experience in forensic mental health and diagnostic assessments within a public setting. No matter the setting, I believe in developing a safe, collaborative space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
